Lack of storage space

Normally have to have stock of a wide range of items as any item can be purchased at any time. With a large variety of products needing to be in stock at one time, storage space is a hot commodity that can run out fast. If your storage space isn’t maximised you can leave yourself vulnerable to not having something in stock when a customer makes a purchase.

Overstocking / Understocking products
