Nutrien Ag Solutions, Corowa – New Shop & Warehouse Fitout

Nutrien Ag Solutions is a key contributor to the Australian agricultural industry, supporting farmers and rural businesses across a wide range of services. With generations of experience their facilities must operate efficiently to support both staff and customers.

As the Corowa branch continued to grow, the team recognised the need for a larger, purpose built space to better support their operations and product range. After outgrowing their existing location, they moved forward with plans for a new warehouse and retail shop.

The Corowa team contacted All Storage Systems in November 2024 to assist with designing and fitting out the new facility. After reviewing their requirements and finalising the design, the project was approved in December 2024, with the full installation completed by February 2025, ensuring the team could move into their new space quickly and efficiently.

Working closely with the Nutrien team, our Sales Manager Marcus developed a layout that would support both their current operational needs and future growth. The project included a combination of retail shelving, warehouse pallet racking and secure storage solutions to ensure every part of the facility was organised, accessible and built for heavy duty use.

Shop Layout

To create a practical and professional retail environment, we installed a series of gondola shelving units designed to display a wide range of merchandise clearly and efficiently.

The shop fit-out included:

• 4 runs of Alstor Double Sided Gondola Shelving
• 8 x Alstor Single Sided Gondola End Units

This configuration allows the team to showcase a wide variety of retail products while keeping the shop floor organised, accessible and easy for customers to navigate.

Warehouse Layout

Behind the shop area, the warehouse required robust storage capable of supporting heavy agricultural stock and palletised goods. Our pallet racking system provided the strength and flexibility needed for daily warehouse operations.

The warehouse installation included:

• 2 x Single Entry Runs of Pallet Racking
• 2 x Double-Entry Runs of Pallet Racking
• 1 Set of Safety Gates for Pallet Racking

This setup provides the Corowa team with efficient pallet storage while maintaining clear access for forklifts and warehouse staff.

Outdoor Storage

To further increase storage capacity, the project also included a galvanised pallet racking system for outdoor use, allowing durable storage in external conditions.
