Need

Shepparton Toyota were after an efficient and safe solution to organise their tyre inventory. With safety as a top priority and a need to streamline operations, they required a system that allowed easy access and visibility of stock. Having worked with the All Storage Systems team previously for both warehouse and office solutions, the Shepparton Toyota service team knew exactly who to turn to for the perfect solution.

Solution

The All Storage Systems team collaborated closely with Shepparton Toyota to understand the unique requirements of their workshop, including the available space and workflow demands. Based on these discussions, four bays of tyre racking were recommended.

The racking system was designed to; maximise the use of available space and provide clear visibility of tyre stock levels. This would allow for the mechanics and parts team to quickly and safely access the tyres they need for various jobs. The racking will enhance the overall organisation and flow of the workshop environment.

Outcome

Once installed, the tyre racking system exceeded Shepparton Toyota’s expectations. The workshop team immediately noticed improvements in both safety and efficiency. The feedback from their team was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting how the solution simplified their operations and improved workplace safety.
