Challenger Valves – New Warehouse Fitout

Project Overview

When Challenger Valves relocated to a new purpose-built warehouse on Wheeler Street in Shepparton, they saw it as an opportunity to set their operation up properly from day one. Working with Marcus from All Storage Systems early in the process to ensure the new facility delivered on both immediate operational needs and long-term growth.

Following a detailed consultation to understand how the warehouse would function and the types of products being stored, Marcus and the team developed two tailored pallet racking options for consideration. After reviewing the proposed layouts, the Challenger Valves team refined the configuration and requested the inclusion of mesh decks to increase storage flexibility beyond standard palletised goods.

Once final drawings and pricing were presented, the design was approved in June, allowing the project to move seamlessly into the delivery and installation phase.

Our Solution

All Storage Systems supplied and installed a comprehensive pallet racking system delivering over 3,000 pallet spaces, fully fitted with mesh decks throughout. This provided Challenger Valves with the versatility to store a wide range of products while maintaining visibility, safety, and accessibility.

Installation commenced in November once the warehouse build was complete, with the full racking system installed and ready for use by the end of the month. The streamlined installation allowed the Challenger Valves team to move quickly into labelling, organising, and stocking their new facility without delay.

Project Outcome

The completed warehouse fitout has given Challenger Valves a robust, future-proof storage solution that supports their current operations and allows room to grow. The system is practical, adaptable, and aligned with how their team works on the floor every day. With the project delivered smoothly and meeting all expectations, Challenger Valves has since engaged All Storage Systems to assist with the fitout of their new office spaces, a testament to the strength of the partnership and confidence in the outcome.
